But when a banking app stops responding, even routine financial tasks can become difficult. Capital One customers in the US are reporting problems accessing the bank's services, with complaints mainly involving its mobile app, account logins and mobile banking.

The supplied outage breakdown shows that app-related problems account for 71% of reports. Login issues represent another 12%, while mobile banking problems make up 9%. The figures indicate that the app is the main source of complaints, although some customers are also reporting difficulties accessing their accounts and banking features.
