India, Aug. 2 -- This morning, a wildfire ignited in the Mendocino County of Northern California. Rescue efforts from Cal Fire are underway at the site. The fire is currently at 5% containment.

What Happened?

A fast moving fire recently broke out near Feliz Creek in Northern California. According to reports, the blaze broke out near Feliz Creek Road in the Hopland area of Mendocino County, southeast of Ukiah, around 3:40 p.m. local time.

Then it rapidly blazed through 501 acres. No casualties or injuries have been reported so far. Wildfires are also active in the other West Coast states of Oregon and Washington.
