India, Oct. 5 -- Bosnia Elections Result Live Updates: Bosnia and Herzegovina's election day ended with three candidates emerging at the front of the race for the country's powerful three-member presidency, but the voting process itself faced an unexpected test. Denis Becirovic, Zeljka Cvijanovic and Darijana Filipovic took early leads for the Bosniak, Serb and Croat seats respectively, while lower turnout and technical problems with newly introduced voting technology added uncertainty to the election.

The October 4 vote will determine representatives at national and regional levels and could also influence Bosnia's long-running efforts to move closer to European Union membership.
