India, June 18 -- Bihar is all set to face turbulent weather today, due to the current El Nino. Now, IMD has warned that at least 11 districts are on high alert for heavy rain, while capital city Patna will have to deal with heatwave.

Patna Meteorological Center's Recent Forecast

According to the Patna Meteorological Center, there is a high possibility of rain in 11 districts within the next 24 hours.So,the IMD has issued a severe red alert for them. While Patna, along with other parts of Southern Bihar will face heatwave- like conditions, with mostly hot and dry weather.
