What Happened in the Patna Boat Accident?

Between 5: 30 AM to 6:00 AM, a small boat carrying 14 people suddenly turned over midstream while near the Umanath Ghat in Barh. The passengers included mostly women and children. Two bodies have been recovered, while five others are feared missing. Seven people were safely rescued.
