India, Oct. 19 -- Bigg Boss 20 could be heading for another dramatic twist as a video allegedly showing Haryanvi content creator Nakul Dhull re-entering the house has surfaced on social media. Nakul, who entered the reality show as a wildcard contestant, was evicted after getting into a physical altercation with fellow contestant Gullu. While the viral video has sparked speculation about his possible return, the makers have not officially confirmed his re-entry.
