India, Aug. 20 -- Sunny Deol and Preity Zinta's 'Batwara 1947' is having a rough time at the box office; it's kind of stuck in the middle somewhere. After six days in theaters, it is said to have made roughly Rs 32 crore net in India. Even with its patriotic theme and a familiar, big-name cast, the film just didn't end up pulling in crowds in big numbers. The first-week run is looking frankly disappointing, especially considering how much buzz there was around the release.
