India, June 10 -- The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Wednesday issued a forecast of rain for several parts of Karnataka, which included the state capital, Bangalore, as the morning dawned cloudy. The warning is issued as the Southwest monsoon continues to roll over into southern India, unleashing a broad rain and nice weather. The IMD states that rain and thunderstorms will occur over the coming few days in Bangalore with moderate to heavy showers likely to occur at places. The poor visibility and rain are also in line to bring some respite from the hot weather that has been experienced over the past few weeks with the day getting cooler and more enjoyable across the city.
