India, Aug. 29 -- Bahama Breeze, the Caribbean-themed casual dining chain, is set to disappear entirely, with parent company Darden Restaurants confirming its remaining 11 locations will close by May 2027, ending the brand's 30-year run.

The Orlando-based chain had already begun winding down earlier this year, when Darden announced in February that 14 of its restaurants would shut permanently while 28 others would be converted into sister brands such as Olive Garden, Yard House, Ruth's Chris Steak House and Eddie V's.
