India, May 7 -- Assam Election Result LIVE Update: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has once again established its dominance in Assam politics after securing a decisive victory in the latest Assembly elections. With 82 seats in the 126-member Assembly, the party has comfortably crossed the majority mark and is set to form the government for a third consecutive term.
