India, Sept. 29 -- Asian Games 2026 India Medal Schedule September 29: The day's medal action will begin in the morning with shooting and track cycling, before athletics takes centre stage in the afternoon. Indian shooters will compete in the men's and women's trap events, while the track cycling team sprint events will also offer medal opportunities.

Athletics will provide the day's biggest medal programme, with finals in the men's pole vault, women's high jump, women's hammer throw, women's 800m, men's 800m and men's 5000m. India will also compete in the mixed 4x100m, women's 4x400m and men's 4x400m relay finals.
