India, Sept. 24 -- India has already added two medals to its Asian Games 2026 tally on September 24, with rowing and wushu producing podium finishes in the opening part of the day.

Satnam Singh and Salman Khan won the bronze medal in the men's double sculls Final A, clocking 6:13.25 at the Nagaragawa International Regatta Course. The Indian pair were second at the 1,500m mark before dropping to third in the final 500m. China won gold, while Uzbekistan took silver.

Balraj Panwar also featured in the men's single sculls Final A earlier in the morning but finished fourth, missing out on a medal.
