India, Nov. 2 -- Television actor Anuj Thakur passed away on October 27, 2026, leaving his friends and colleagues in shock. The actor, who appeared in popular television shows such as Dhoom Machao Dhoom, Bandhan Saath Janmon Ka and Mahisagar, reportedly died after suffering a seizure while asleep at his Mumbai residence.

His death was confirmed by his close friend and casting director Rupesh Sonar, who shared an emotional tribute on Instagram. Anuj had reportedly been discussing plans to return to television just days before his sudden demise.
