Washington, Aug. 8 -- US President Donald Trump has said that Vice President JD Vance is "most likely" to be the political heir to the MAGA movement in 2028. In a recent interview, Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy asked Trump, "You could clear the entire Republican field right now. Do you agree that the heir apparent to MAGA is JD Vance?"

To that, Trump responded, "Well, I think most likely. In all fairness, he is the vice president... It's too early, obviously, to talk about it, but certainly he's doing a great job, and he would be probably the favorite at this point."
