U.S, May 22 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Donald Trump may finally come face-to-face at the G7 Summit in France next month, as per reports. French President Emmanuel Macron has invited PM Modi to the G7 Summit in Evian-les-Bains from June 15-17.

They last met in February 2025 when PM Modi became one of the first world leaders to visit the White House following Trump's return to office. At the high-profile meeting, which came against the backdrop of tariff tensions, Trump called PM Modi a "great friend", and the two pledged to double US-India trade to $500 billion by 2030.
