Srinagar, May 26 -- In a major push against narco-terror in Jammu and Kashmir, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday led a massive padyatra in Bandipora to galvanise support for the cause.
"Forty-five days ago, I pledged not only to dismantle the smugglers and narco-terrorists ecosystem, but also to spark a movement that uplifts youth and restores dignity to families scarred by addiction," the lieutenant governor said.
Sinha said Jammu and Kashmir is united, strong in resolve, clear in purpose and fully committed to freeing the society from drugs once and for all.
