UDHAMPUR, May 29 -- Udhampur Police on Friday ordered the transfer and posting of seven police officers in the interest of administration with immediate effect.

According to an order issued by SSP Udhampur, Inspector Purshotam Kumar has been transferred from Police Station Rehmbal and posted as SHO Police Station Ramnagar.

Inspector Nishant Gupta, presently posted at DPL Udhampur, has been appointed as SHO Police Station Chenani, while Inspector Parvez Sajad has been posted as SHO Police Station Udhampur from DPL Udhampur.

Inspector Sumit Magotra has been transferred from DPL Udhampur to Police Station Rehmbal.
