Srinagar, July 17 -- In a major crackdown on drug trafficking under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan-100 Days Campaign, Srinagar Police has attached four immovable properties worth over Rs 3.34 crore under Section 68F of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985, targeting assets allegedly acquired through proceeds of the illegal drug trade.
According to an official spokesperson, the action was carried out by Police Station Safakadal during investigations into multiple NDPS cases. The attached properties were identified as illegally acquired assets linked to narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
