Srinagar, Jul 21: Reaffirming the Government's resolve to neutralize drug cartels and narco-terror networks that target youth, Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha on Tuesday said that dismantling illicit trafficking ecosystems, enhancing public awareness, and providing robust rehabilitation to help affected individuals are the top priorities of the administration.
