Jammu, June 28 -- Says post-suspension transactions by Javid Kitab will be treated as unauthorised

Srinagar, Jun 27: The Jammu & Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) on Saturday issued a public notice declaring that its suspended president, Javid Ahmad Kitab, no longer has the authority to act on behalf of the Association and that any transactions or commitments made by him after his suspension would be treated as unauthorised.

The notice, issued by the JKCA Apex Council, stated that Kitab had been placed under interim suspension through a resolution passed by the Council and had ceased to exercise any powers, functions or responsibilities attached to the office of president pending further proceedings under the Association's Constitution....
