Jammu Tawi, Aug 28: Weather remained largely dry across Jammu and Kashmir on Friday, with Srinagar recording a maximum temperature of 33.5 degrees Celsius, 4.2 degrees above normal.
According to the India Meteorological Department data, the minimum temperature in Srinagar was recorded at 18.3 degrees Celsius, 1.6 degrees above normal, while no rainfall was recorded in the city during the past 24 hours. Qazigund recorded a maximum temperature of 32.6 degrees Celsius, 5.4 degrees above normal, while Pahalgam recorded 27.3 degrees Celsius, 2.6 degrees above normal.
