Jammu Tawi, August 18: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has notified the Jammu and Kashmir Land Pooling Policy, 2026, aimed at facilitating planned urban development and infrastructure creation through the voluntary participation of landowners.

The policy was notified by the Housing and Urban Development Department through Government Order No. 172-JK(HUD) of 2026, dated August 17, 2026.
