JAMMU, Aug. 31 -- The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh has assigned the additional charge of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jammu, to the Special Judge, Anti-Corruption, Jammu, following the superannuation of R.N. Wattal on Monday.
As per an order issued by the High Court, the Special Judge, Anti-Corruption, Jammu, will hold the additional charge of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Jammu, until the post is filled on a regular basis.
The arrangement has been made with immediate effect following Wattal's retirement.
The High Court order stated that the additional charge would continue until a regular appointment is made to the post.
