SRINAGAR, Sept. 1 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly will adopt a paperless system from its upcoming autumn session, beginning September 21, 2026, with all Assembly business to be managed through the National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA) portal.

According to a circular issued by the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, departments have been directed to submit replies to questions, Bills and other Assembly-related business exclusively through the NeVA platform.

The circular also instructs all departments to access their NeVA accounts daily to ensure timely processing and communication of Assembly business.
