Sunderbani, July 6 -- In an apparent case of alleged irregularities in the implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) in Panchayat Nala, Sunderbani, locals have accused influential individuals of attempting to secure housing benefits despite allegedly being ineligible.
According to the sources, a former Lambardar from Barnada village has allegedly managed to get his name included in the PMAY beneficiary list even though his house was reportedly completed nearly a year ago.
