Jammu, July 20 -- India's economy has undergone significant changes over the last two decades. Earlier, industries were considered the main engine of economic growth. Today, however, the services sector has become the largest contributor to the country's economy. It generates more than half of India's Gross Value Added (GVA), creates a substantial number of jobs, attracts significant investment, and contributes substantially to exports.
