Jammu Tawi, Aug. 25 -- Jammu and Kashmir is likely to witness generally hot and humid weather over the coming days, with brief spells of rain and thundershowers at scattered places, the Meteorological Centre here said on Monday.
According to the latest forecast brief spells of rain or thundershowers are likely at scattered places during the early morning and afternoon hours between August 25 and 28.
The weather activity is expected to increase slightly from August 29 to 31, when light to moderate rain and thundershowers may occur at scattered to many places, with brief intense showers possible during the early morning and afternoon hours.
