Jammu, July 10 -- Heavy rain may trigger flash floods, landslides Jul 11-12

Jammu Tawi, Jul 9: The Meteorological (MeT) Centre Srinagar on Thursday said Jammu and Kashmir is likely to witness hot and humid weather over the next few days, while warning of heavy rainfall, flash floods and landslides in vulnerable areas of the Jammu division between July 11 and 12.

According to details shared by the MeT department, the weather is expected to remain generally hot and humid on July 9 and 10, with scattered spells of rain and thundershowers across the Union Territory. A few places in the Jammu division may also experience brief but intense heavy showers.
