Jammu, June 1 -- First Phase of Self-Enumeration to be Conducted from June 1 to June 15

Shimla, June 1: Governor Shri Kavinder Gupta today formally launched the Self-Enumeration Drive for the first phase of Census 2027 in Himachal Pradesh from Lok Bhavan. The statewide campaign will be conducted from June 1 to June 15, 2026, enabling citizens to voluntarily complete their census details through the digital self-enumeration platform.

Marking the commencement of the campaign, the Governor completed his own self-enumeration through the online portal. Director, Census Operations Himachal Pradesh, Smt.
