Jammu Tawi, April 8 -- The government of Jammu and Kashmir convened a high level Steering Committee meeting, chaired by Additional Chief Secretary (PwD) Anil Kumar Singh, to deliberate on adopting and mainstreaming Artificial Intelligence (AI) across key governance sectors in the Union Territory.
The meeting was attended by the senior officials including Secretary, Information Technology, Dr. Piyush Singla, CEO JaKeGA Mahima Madan, technical experts and representatives from leading institutions like IIT, NHSRC and BISAG-N.
The objective of the meeting was to explore the potential of AI-driven solutions in enhancing the public service delivery, improving operational efficiency and enabling data-driven decision-making.
