Jammu Tawi, June 15 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Monday said it has filed a chargesheet against a Junior Engineer of the J&K Housing Board and his wife for allegedly possessing assets disproportionate to their known sources of income.

In a statement issued, a Spokesperson said that the ACB produced a chargesheet in FIR No. 18/2020 for offences under Section 5(1)(e) read with Section 5(2) of the J&K Prevention of Corruption Act, Svt. 2006, and Section 109 RPC at Police Station ACB Srinagar before the Court of Special Judge Anti-Corruption, Srinagar.
