Jammu, Sept. 9 -- The Directorate of School Education Jammu (DSEJ) on Tuesday directed that no government or private school in the region can resume offline classes unless a valid structural safety certificate is issued by the competent authority.
According to an order issued by Director School Education Jammu, Dr. Naseem Javaid Chowdhary, all Heads of Institutions (HoIs) and School Management Committees have been instructed to carry out a comprehensive safety audit of their school buildings. The detailed reports of these audits must be submitted to the concerned authorities before seeking permission to reopen.
