LONDON, Sept. 20 -- A cyberattack on a service provider for check-in and boarding systems caused major disruptions at several prominent European airports on Saturday, including London Heathrow, Brussels, and Berlin, leading to flight delays and cancellations that affected thousands of passengers.
Collins Aerospace, which operates the affected systems for airlines and airports globally, reported ongoing technical issues linked to the attack. Heathrow Airport warned departing passengers of probable delays and urged travelers to monitor flight status closely.
