JAMMU TAWI, Aug. 11 -- The Special Crime Wing of the Crime Branch Jammu has filed a chargesheet against seven accused, including a Myanmar national, in a nine-year-old case involving the alleged fraudulent preparation, procurement and use of official documents, including ration cards and a purported Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC).
The chargesheet was produced before the Forest Court, Jammu, following completion of further investigation into FIR No. 18/2017 registered at Police Station Crime Branch Jammu.
According to a Special Crime Wing official, the case pertains to the alleged fraudulent preparation, procurement and use of official documents by Sayed Hussain, who was found during investigation to be a Myanmar national.
