Jammu, April 11 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party has released its manifesto for the upcoming West Bengal Assembly elections, placing the issue of fear versus trust at the center and calling for a major political shift in the state. The most prominent and impactful promise in this manifesto is the implementation of the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) within just six months of forming the government.
