Manali/Sissu, May 7: The Hon'ble Governor of Himachal Pradesh, Kavinder Gupta on Thursday visited the world-famous Atal Tunnel Rohtang during his tour of Lahaul-Spiti and Manali and praised its technical excellence, strategic importance and transformative role in the region's development.
