New Delhi, Sept. 9 -- Describing 'Operation Sindoor' as a model of military coordination involving soldiers, policymakers and industry, Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi on Tuesday said India's security and economic growth depend on leadership, indigenous innovation and coordinated response to challenges.
Speaking at the plenary session of the 52nd National Management Convention of the All-India Management Association here, General Diwivedi, while referring to 'Operation Sindoor', a four-day operation against terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan in May this year, said, "War is always unpredictable. We are not sure what kind of psychological impact a particular issue would make."
