Jammu Tawi, June 20 -- With the annual Shri Amarnath Yatra set to commence on July 3, authorities have put in place an unprecedented security and logistical framework across Jammu to ensure the safe, secure and smooth conduct of the 57-day pilgrimage.

High-resolution CCTV cameras, advanced surveillance systems and a multi-layered security grid have been deployed at all major transit points, including the base camp at Bhagwati Nagar and transit camps in Samba and Kathua. Security arrangements have also been significantly strengthened at Jammu Railway Station, the primary entry point for thousands of pilgrims arriving from different parts of the country.
