Jammu, July 19 -- One year ago, on 14 July 2025, Shri Kavinder Gupta entered constitutional office when the Hon'ble President of India appointed him as the third Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Ladakh. Less than eight months later, he was entrusted with another constitutional responsibility as the Governor of Himachal Pradesh.
