Nigeria, Aug. 31 -- The Ogun State Command of the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) disclosed this in a statement issued by its Public Relations Officer, Odukoya Olayinka.

According to the statement, the suspect was arrested at about 1:33 p.m. on Friday, August 28, 2026, during a routine screening exercise at the entrance of the custodial facility.

Olayinka said the woman had visited an inmate on death row when correctional officers discovered a sachet of Milo beverage allegedly containing substances suspected to be "colos."

The suspected contraband was detected during the standard screening process at the facility's main gate, according to the NCoS.
