Nigeria, Feb. 26 -- Esosa Eguakin, of Courtelle Road, Coventry, pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual assault. He was sentenced to two years' imprisonment on February 10, 2026, at Guildford Crown Court.

The court heard that the first incident took place on August 21, 2025, at about 7:15 am, on a train travelling from Fratton, Portsmouth, to London Waterloo. Eguakin deliberately sat behind a woman in her 30s and sexually assaulted her during the journey.

The second offence occurred on October 6, 2025, shortly after 6:00 am, on a train from Eastleigh to London Waterloo. On that occasion, he sexually assaulted another woman. When she challenged him about his behaviour, he claimed he had dropped his mobile phone and was trying to retrieve...
