Nigeria, Oct. 10 -- Two buses conveying supporters of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Benue State, loyal to the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), George Akume, have been involved in a road accident while travelling to Lafia, the Nasarawa State capital, for the party's North Central Mega Rally. The accident reportedly occurred on Saturday morning near Government House Junction in Lafia town. The spokesperson for Akume's APC camp in Benue State, Dan-Morgan Ihomun, confirmed the incident in a telephone conversation, stating that some of the supporters sustained injuries but no lives were lost.
