Nigeria, July 25 -- The Anambra Government has banned the construction of unauthorised construction of speed bumps by individuals or groups without approval from relevant government authority. This is contained in a statement released to newsmen by Dr Law Mefor, the state Commissioner for Information and Value Reformation on Saturday in Awka. According to the commissioner, individuals and communities are no longer permitted to construct speed bumps on public roads without prior approval henceforth. "Going forward, approval is required.
