Nigeria, Aug. 10 -- Adeyemi-Doro disclosed this on Monday during an interview on Channels Television monitored by The News Chronicle, where he explained the factors that informed his decision to step down from the race.

The APGA candidate said his decision was driven by what he described as the best interest of Osun State rather than personal political ambition.

According to him, remaining in the contest despite the prevailing political realities would not serve the interest of the people of the state.
