Nigeria, June 4 -- National Leader of the People's Redemption Party (PRP), Dr. Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, has declared that President Bola Tinubu has failed in his primary responsibility of protecting Nigerians, citing the worsening insecurity across the country as evidence of what he described as a tactical failure of leadership.





Speaking during an interview on Arise News monitored by The News Chronicle, Baba-Ahmed said the President's handling of security challenges had been so poor that the PRP was justified in calling for his resignation.





According to him, no part of the country is spared from the growing wave of violence, kidnappings and criminal attacks.
