Nigeria, April 12 -- Lekki Deep Sea Port has teamed up with the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Nigeria to boost staff development through a specialised overseas training programme.



In a statement issued in Lagos on Saturday, the port's management explained that the initiative is aimed at strengthening technical expertise, enhancing operational performance, and exposing personnel to international standards in port administration.



The statement noted that selected employees recently travelled to China, where they underwent intensive training and gained firsthand experience of cutting-edge port facilities and advanced logistics frameworks.
