Nigeria, Sept. 14 -- An Information and Communication Technology (ICT) expert, Mr Benjamin Balogun, has urged schools to introduce digital literacy from the basic education level to prepare pupils for future technological demands.

Balogun made the call in Ilorin on Monday during an interview. He said early exposure to digital skills would build pupils' confidence and equip them with the knowledge needed to navigate a rapidly changing technological landscape.

"It is good to expose pupils to digital literacy skills from basic classes. It boosts their confidence and prepares them for the future," he said.
