Nigeria, Sept. 17 -- Ghana's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) grew by six per cent in the second quarter of 2026, driven largely by strong performance in the digital economy.

TV BRICS, a partner of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), reported this on Thursday. According to the report, Ghana's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector expanded by 30.9 percent year-on-year in the quarter, compared with 21.3 percent recorded in the corresponding period of 2025.
