Nigeria, Oct. 14 -- An Abuja High Court has awarded N125,000 in costs against rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, after his lawyer sought an adjournment in an assault-and-battery suit filed against him.

Justice J.O.E. Adeyemi-Ajayi awarded the cost on Wednesday and adjourned the case until Oct. 27 and Oct. 29 for cross-examination and the defense.

The suit was instituted by Ogbogiri Okey Levi, popularly known as Kraziecent, who accused the rapper of assault and battery.
