Nigeria, July 8 -- Governor Alex Otti disclosed this in a post on his official Facebook page on Tuesday.

The project, which he described as the first of 20 Smart Schools to be delivered across the state's 17 local government areas and three senatorial districts, was commissioned by the Minister of Education, Dr. Maruf Olatunji Alausa.
